1.How do I shop on your website? How do I place an order?
Shopping on Navrang is fun, easy and very enriching.
Browse the website to find what you’d like to purchase.
Once you have found a product you like, select and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button next to each product.
Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ icon at the top of the page. You can use the ‘REMOVE’ link to delete items from your shopping cart as well.
Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
2. Do you ship to my country?
Currently we ship anywhere in the world subject to the delivery charges.
3. What are your shipping charges?
The shipping charges are volumetric and will be stated at the time of check out.
4.How long will it take for me to receive my product?
An approximate delivery time is mentioned against each product varies however it will be between 4-6 Weeks . These are merely indicative, our endeavour will be to get the order delivered to you as fast as possible. If we foresee any delays, our customer service team will update you about the same well in time.
5. Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
All custom duties and taxes are borne by you depending on the country specific rules..
6. What payment options can I use?
For your shopping ease, Navrang offers several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure. You can chose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a Mastercard, Maestro, Visa or Amex card, using our secure payment gateway. You can also use a PayPal account to complete your transaction.
7.Is It possible for me to track my order?
Once the order has been handed over to the courier agency, Navrang will email you a tracking code, along with the website link which will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment. The tracking code may take 24 business hours to activate on the tracking website.
8. Will I get a full refund if I return a product?
All products are handmade & Unique its difficult for us to accept the returns of our products.
9.Can my billing address and shipping address be different?
Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, Navrang does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / Zip code.
10 Are the colours or products shown on the website accurate?
Products on Navrang are hand crafted and specially handpicked for you from various parts of India. Due to the intricate and unique nature of the ethnic products available on our website, we take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
