Return Policy

At Navrang your complete shopping satisfaction is our top Priority. We want you happy each and every time you shop with us. In case you are dissatisfied with the product received from Navrang, you may contact the customer care team at with your complaints/ feedback.

Product received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect or wrong item:

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, we advise the customer to verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery.

In case the product is damaged or with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been sent, kindly contact Navrang at within 48 hours of receiving the product with comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product/s until a set of instructions from Navrang regarding the same is received. Do not return any product/s to Navrang before receiving a confirmation email from Navrang for the same. In case you wish to return a product, write to us at within 48 hours of receiving the product. Once we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our customer care team will email you with details on how to return said product. All defective products are to be returned to Navrang in its original condition, original packaging, with the invoice and sealed carefully. Please return your order with the return label issued to you by the customer care team at the time of return confirmation. Safe receipt of defective product by Navrang is sole responsibility of the customer.

Navrang shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately. In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then Navrang shall make the necessary modifications/alternations at the cost of the customer. Navrang will refund the paid amount only if the order at delivery is damaged, faulty or if the order is wrong. Otherwise customer can choose to have other alternate product with equal value or higher value by paying the difference. In the event of the error having occurred on the part of Navrang, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of Navrang.

Partial refunds:


In the case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Navrang in unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, Navrang shall agree to either provide store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of Navrang.



The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 5 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.


Credit Issues:


The credits against the customer’s credit card account normally take three (3) business days to be processed. After which, the corresponding bank may take up to two (2) business days from the date of processing to show the said credits in the customer’s account.

Payment Mode and Duration


Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking If Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, your refund will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate refund within a maximum of 5 working days after receipt of the product . However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by Navrang.
