Navrang delivers Pan India and assures the use of the best possible transport/courier agencies to deliver your products.


Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is valid on all domestic orders above Rs 999.

  • Navrang reserves the right to end or alter this option at any time.

  • Free shipping is not applicable on products purchased from the SALE page or any discounted catalogue.

  • Standard T&C will be applied.


Shipping Charges


Shipping charges of products on Navrang will be mentioned at the time of check out. The said shipping charges are volumetric in nature and differ from product to product.

Shipment Time

Any product that you buy on Navrang, which is not MTO (made to order), will be shipped between 5 - 7 business days of order booking. In case of MTO our customer care team will get in touch with you to provide you the specific details.

Note: These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product. Transit Risk: All orders dispatched by Navrang are fully insured at no extra cost to the customers.

Shipment Tracking

Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, Navrang will email you the tracking code, along with the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order.


The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to be activated on the tracking website.

Shipping Address

Navrang does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code. Navrang will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.

Change Of Shipping Address

The customer can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by logging into Navrang and going to the ‘My Account’ section on the top right corner of the website. No changes in the shipping address will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.

Delivery Of Multiple Products

In case you purchase multiple products in one order, all products may or may not be dispatched together.

Delay In Delivery

If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, Navrang shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order. In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock Navrang shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.


All products shall be shipped from India. Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills. Shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered.
