How do I shop on your website? How do I place an order?

  • Shopping on NAVRANG is fun, easy and very enriching.

  • Browse the website to find what you’d like to purchase.

  • Once you have found a product you like, select and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button next to each product.

  • Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ icon at the top of the page. You can use the ‘REMOVE’ link to           delete items from your shopping cart as well.

  • Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

 

Do you ship to my country?

 

Currently we ship only Pan India. Soon we would be shipping globally, then irrespective of where you reside, you can stay connected to your Indian tradition.

What are your shipping charges?

The shipping charges are volumetric and will be stated at the time of check out.

How long will it take for me to receive my product?

 

An approximate delivery time is mentioned against each product on NAVRANG. These are merely indicative, our endeavour will be to get the order delivered to you as fast as possible. If we foresee any delays, our customer service team will update you about the same well in time.

 

What payment options can I use?

 

For your shopping ease, NAVRANG offers several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure. You can chose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a Mastercard, Maestro, Visa or Amex card, using our secure payment gateway. You can also use a PayPal or PayU account to complete your transaction.

Is It possible for me to track my order?

Once the order has been handed over to the courier agency, NAVRANG will email you a tracking code, along with the website link which will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment. The tracking code may take 24 business hours to activate on the tracking website.

 

Do I need to be a member to shop on your site?

 

Yes, you need to register as a member to shop on NAVRANG and complete your transaction.

Do you have cash on delivery option?

 

Yes NAVRANG supports Cash on Delivery option.

Will I get a full refund if I return a product?

 

NAVRANG will refund the pay amount in full only if the order delivered is damaged or an incorrect order is delivered. No refund will be given by NAVRANG if the order has been delivered with the colour and size as selected by the customer while placing the order. In the event of the error having occurred on the part of NAVRANG, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of NAVRANG.

Partial Refunds

 

In case of multiple products being ordered, and if for any reason, NAVRANG is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be given a chance to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, NAVRANG shall agree to either provide store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of NAVRANG.

Where are you based?

 

We are based out of New Delhi, India, and all products are shipped from India.

Are all your products genuine?

We guarantee that all products sold by us are genuine.

How do I return a product?

 

In case a product ordered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product/s and contact our customer service team at namaste@navrangcreations.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please retain all packaging materials, original invoice and the product/s until a set of instructions from NAVRANG regarding the same is received. In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email us at namaste@navrangcreations.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and we shall act on it within 48hours.

Can my billing address and shipping address be different?

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, NAVRANG does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / Zip code.

Are the colours or products shown on the website accurate?

Products on NAVRANG are hand crafted and specially handpicked for you from various parts of India. Due to the intricate and unique nature of the ethnic products available on our website, we take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
